Our beef is grassfed and grass finished right here in Collier County.  When you purchase a grassfed beef share (1/2), you will receive approximately 200 pounds of meat, with roughly 75lbs being ground beef and the rest being a mix of steaks, roasts, short ribs, soup bones, as well as organ meat & oxtail if you desire. A deposit of $400 is required to reserve your share. The balance of $1400 is payable by cash, Zelle, or wire transfer at the time you pick up the meat. We are unable to accept card payments for the balance.
