7 Star Ranch is not open to the public for visitors and we currently do not operate a storefront. We offer multiple pickup locations from which you may meet us to get the items you order. Delivery is available on orders more than $200, please contact us to arrange this.

What Happens if I miss my pickup?
We understand that sometimes plans change and things get forgotten. If you miss your pickup, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Please do not attend another pickup and take items without first speaking to us. Missed pickups are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
What Happens if I forget my Milk Jars?
Our Raw Milk program runs on jar exchanges, because we package in glass. It is vital that you remember to bring your jars to pickups for exchange. If you forget your jars, you can pay a $5 deposit per jar or pay the restocking fee and reschedule pickup for another time when you have your jars. This policy will be strictly enforced not because of the cost of the jars, but because of the time it takes us to drive from store to store searching for jars. This program isn't a good fit for all customers: if you repeatedly forget your jars, we will be unable to continue selling milk to you.
Do you offer any other pickup locations?
We offer pickup in Davie, FL, and the Marathon, FL by appointment. Please call or text us to make arrangements for these pickup locations.
