Our beef is raised 100% on grass, and never receives grain. We do not use antibiotics, hormones, vaccinations, or steroids, and our pastures are free from herbicides and pesticides. We offer multiple share options from 1/8th to a whole cow. It will take roughly 4 weeks from the time you place you order to the time you receive your beef.
 
Pricing:
1/8 share (approximately 50lbs): $700, deposit amount $300
1/4 share (approximately 100lbs): $1300, deposit amount $500
1/2 share (approximately 200lbs): $2500, deposit $700
*Please pay the deposit amount online. Balance is due when you receive the meat and is payable in cash, wire transfer, or Zelle. We are unable to accept credit card payments for balance amounts.
 
Below you will see a breakdown for 1/4 cow:
 
-35-38lbs of ground beef
-Steaks: Porterhouse, T Bone, Ribeye, and Sirloin, 1-2per pack
-Roasts: Chuck, Arm, London Broil, Sirloin Tip, Eye Round, Bottom Round, average weight 2-3lb weight, packed individually
-Short Ribs, packed in .75-1lb portions
-Flank and skirt steaks, avearge weight 1lb per pack
-Soup Bones, Neck Bones, Marrow Bones, packed in 1-2lb packages
-Trim Fat, packed in 1lb packs
-Organ meats are available on request
 
For 1/4 cow the total weight of meat you will receive is approximately 100lbs. Please remeber you are purchasing a share of a live animal, and each animal has a slightly different body type (just like people), so we cannot gaurantee specific amounts of every cut that you will receive.
