Grass fed, grass finished ground beef.  Our ground beef is very lean, comparable to a 93/7 mix.   Packaging may vary based on availability: either vacuum sealed or wrapped in butcher paper. If you have a packaging preference please note it at chekcout and we will do our best to accomodate.
