You are purchasing 1/2 share of a pig.  Our pigs are raised on pasture, and are supplementally fed with non-GMO feed.  They are free of hormones, vaccines, steroids and antibiotics.  You will receive the following, please note that weights are approximate as each animal is different:
Shoulder Roast: 15lbs, 2 roasts
Ham Steaks: 25 lbs, packed individually
Chops: 11 lbs, packed 2 per pack
Bacon: 4lbs, packed in 1lb packs
Mild Sausage: 16lbs, packed in 4 link packs
Pork Ribs: 5.75lbs, 1 package
 
Total weight is approximately 90lbs.  Roasts & Ribs are wrapped in butcher paper, everything else is vacuum sealed.
