You are purchasing 1/4 share of a pig.  Our pigs are raised on pasture, and are supplementally fed with non-GMO feed.  They are free of hormones, vaccines, steroids and antibiotics.  You will receive the following, please note that weights are approximate as each animal is different:
Shoulder Roast: 7.5lbs, 1 roast
Ham Steaks: 12.5lbs, packed individually
Chops: 5.5lbs, packed 2 per pack
Bacon: 2lbs, packed in 1lb packs
Mild Sausage: 8.75lbs, packed in 4 link packs
 
Total weight is approximately 46lbs.  Roasts are wrapped in butcher paper, everything else is vacuum sealed.
