Made fresh from our raw milk, this cheese is sure to be a favorite.  It is lightly salted and has a lovely texture, similar to Queso Fresco.  Crumble it into some scramble eggs, or enjoy it with a piece of guava.  It is vacuum sealed for freshness.  Approximate weight: 1.5lbs
